High View Water Rates
High View Water District bills residential water use bimonthly at the first of each odd month (January, March, May, July, September and November) and commercial water use monthly at the first of each month. Water charges are broken into two categories, water and service availability charge. The water charge is gallons used x the rates as follows:

- 2″ meter-commercial: $131.21 (monthly bill)
- 3″ meter-commercial: $272.23 (month (monthly bill)
The service availability charge is a flat rate that allows High View Water District to have and maintain
the infrastructure to serve each customer regardless of volume used. The service availability charge varies
according to the meter size.
If payment is not received within 10 days of the due date, a late charge of $10.00 will be assessed.
Daniels Sanitation Rates
Daniels Sanitation bills quarterly for sewage treatment. Bills are sent the first week of January, April, July, and October and are due by March 20th, June 20th, September 20th, and December 20th respectively. Treatment charges are broken into two categories, sewer and service availability. The sewer charges are based on average water use during the winter months. Due to the fact that water used in your home or business during this time period is being discharged to district sewer mains for treatment and not being used for outside landscape irrigation. The average is multiplied by the rate per 1000 gallons for the appropriate charge type, either residential or various commercial classifications. The service availability charge allows the district to fund and maintain the needed infrastructure to serve all district residents regardless of treatment costs. The service availability charge is $13.50 per single family equivalent as determined by Metro Water Recovery District’s water tap size equivalents.
